Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Customers may request an exchange due to a change of mind, provided that the product meets all eligibility criteria listed above.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the product back for exchange.
All returned products are thoroughly inspected. If the item passes the quality check, the exchange will be approved and processed promptly.
Items that fail to meet eligibility criteria will not be accepted for exchange. Please refer to our Refund Policy for refund-related details.
